In Japan Entertainment News,
Japanese recording artist Kyary Pamyu Pamyu will embark on a world tour next year, following the success of 'The 100% Kyary Pamyu Pamyu World Tour 2013' which visited eight cities throughout Europe, the US and Asia.
Warner Music Japan said this week that the next tour, 'Kyary Pamyu Pamyu’s Universal Theater', will stop off in 21 different venues for 23 shows and is expected to attract approximately 500,000 attendees.
Kyary made the leap from blogger and model to recording artist in 2011 when her viral video hit PonPonPon attained worldwide recognition.
Her latest album Nanda Collection went to the top of the Oricon Weekly Chart and she provided the theme song for the Japanese verson of JJ Abrams' Star Trek: Into the Darkness.
Warner Music Japan also used the tour press conference to announce that Kyary will release her seventh single in Japan on November 6th.
