  • ABTA

    Association of British Travel Agents

    As we are members of ABTA, your trip is fully financially protected. So if we were to fail, your trip would go ahead as planned, or you would get the cost of your trip back in full. If need be you will have access to ABTA's support, protection and expertise. We also follow their code of conduct relating to advertising, complaint management and changing trips, meaning we need to give you information about visas, insurance, passports, and any changes to your travel arrangements. If there is an issue, you can turn to ABTA's complaints and arbitration services for help and guidance.

    The Association of Independent Tour Operators

    Inside Japan Tours is a member of AITO. Established in 1976, the AITO symbol has become the hallmark of good holidays from specialist tour operators. All AITO companies are fully bonded and governed by AITO's independent dispute settlement service, which means you are in safe hands when you book with us. In being a member we have signed the AITO quality charter which ensures our client's financial security, the accuracy of our brochures and website, the professionalism of our service, and our commitment to sustainable tourism, monitoring standards and good customer relations.

    Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust Limited

    ABTOT provide us with financial protection under the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992. In the event of our insolvency, protection is provided for the following:

    1. Non-flight packages commencing in and returning to the UK;
    2. Non-flight packages commencing and returning to a country other than the UK; and
    3. Flight inclusive packages that commence outside of the UK, which are sold to customers outside of the UK.

    1, 2 and 3 would provide you a refund if you have not yet travelled. 1 and 3 would provide for your repatriation. Please note that bookings made outside the UK are only protected by ABTOT when purchased directly with us.

  • ATOL

    Air Tour Organiser’s license

    All of the flight-inclusive holidays we organise are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. This means that if we fail before you depart your trip will be fully refunded, or if we fail while you're on your trip they will ensure you complete your holiday and return home. 
    As soon as you have paid your deposit we will send you your ATOL certificate, please check it to ensure all of the details are correct, and then keep it safe. You will also need to take the certificate with you when you travel.

    American Society of Travel Agents

    As members of ASTA, we must adhere to their code of ethics. The code ensures we follow their guidelines in relation to the quality and accuracy of information we give to clients, how we deal with clients' money, how we deal with complaints, and the maintenance of professional relationships with all of our suppliers.

    We are members of the BBB, who work to promote ethical relationships between business and the public through self-regulation, education and service excellence. We have been given an A accreditation due to our longevity and because we have never had any complaints against us through the scheme.
