Most divers do not know that Japan has some of the best diving in the world, similar to many skiers not knowing that Japan has some of the best skiing in the world too. The water around the small subtropical island of Yonaguni is home to some unique dive experiences, the highlight being the mysterious, 'Iseki' stones sometimes referred to as Japan's 'Atlantis'. There are two trains of thought in terms of its origins, but whatever you believe, it is still an amazing dive.
