Japan underwear company launches tourism boosting bra
Triumph Japan has revealed a special bra to help promote the country's tourism industry.
The new Welcome to Japan Bra is based on a tour guide's uniform and has a special display to showcase images of local attractions, as well as audio in three languages – English, Chinese and Korean.
Based on a bustier, the garment also has a skirt attached that can be lifted to reveal a map of Japan.
AFP reports that a statement from Triumph Japan added: "Furthermore, tour guide flags are inserted on each side of the bra.
"When not used to guide tourists, the flags act as side stays, providing good support and creating an attractive bust line."
The company is planning other designs aimed at promoting Japan and helping the country attract more overseas tourists.
Last year, the underwear maker produced a bra resembling a golf course to promote Japan's wide choice of golfing resorts.
