We have a wide range of backgrounds and interests, but you can be sure that the one thing that ties us all together is a love of Japan, Japanese culture and a passionate desire to share that with other people.

From the accounts department, through the travel consultant teams to the tour leaders and guides on the ground, you can rest assured that everything we do is to make sure you have the best possible experience of Japan.

Having grown up in Singapore, you could say that a love of travel was inevitable for Louise, but 20 years in the travel industry and pockets full of globetrotting adventures certainly has cemented it.

Camping under the stars in the Wadi Rum desert of Jordan, sailing up the Nile in Egypt, visiting Byzantine churches in the heart of Lebanon, floating in the Dead Sea, sailing on a Dhow Cruise at dusk in the UAE, feeding sting rays on the water's edge in the Maldives and swimming with sharks off the island of Tioman in Malaysia are just a few of her tales.

While travel memoirs should be on the cards in the future, for now Louise is turning her hand to making rugby fans' dreams come true with journeys to Japan. Having worked for the British & Irish Lions and England rugby, she certainly knows a thing or two.

When she's not jet-setting, Louise is at her happiest outdoors in the countryside, or ambling along the coastline. A photography enthusiast, she wields a camera to document her wanderlust and immortalises her favourite snaps on canvas at home. We imagine that she'll soon be running out of wall space...
