1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
We had great service from Emily at Inside Japan and we really couldn't have planned the trip so well without her. The information package that was provided before our departure was brilliant and so appreciated! We used it constantly in Japan when moving around and for looking at our train times, where we were staying, details of where places were etc. The PuPuRu packs and ready Manaca cards were also invaluable and a real bonus. Thank you so much.

Emily really listened to our requests and tried to meet all our requirements in arranging our trip at a very popular time of year. Emily was always really great at getting in touch when I had contacted her with questions prior to our trip.

5. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
We were really impressed with the package we received when we arrived in Japan with all our train tickets etc. They were very clearly marked and easy to use. The transport provided was always great.

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
Our guide, Ms. Tomoko Miyakawa in Tokyo was the one average experience of our trip. When we met her on our first full afternoon we had spent the morning going to places to look at the cherry blossom and she took us to another park to look at the blossom. Whilst walking through the park we didn't learn anything of Japan or its culture and could have just walked through the park on our own. We did then go to Meiji Shrine which was great and finished with going down Takeshita Street which we didn't really have any desire to do. She was perfectly polite, but it didn't seem like she really listened to our requests and neither did we learn much. On the other hand Ms Guia Ishi who led our half-day tour in Kyoto was just brilliant and right from the begining she was telling us all about the Geiko and Maiko culture. She was showed us so many places from restaurants on route to places to learning so much about Japanese life and culture. We explored temples and shrines and really loved her tour.
