1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Katie really listened to what we wanted from the trip and created an itinerary that fulfilled all our requests and wants. The itinerary was meticulously planned and everything worked like clockwork. When we were in Japan the support team were always really helpful and answered our questions quickly. We booked two tours, both of which were really enjoyable and well matched to what we asked for. The written guides to each location (downloadable) were brilliant and we used them avidly. Receiving the wifi box and all the tickets upon arrival was really appreciated - to tour 6 cities in 2 weeks was so smooth with the travel arrangements and really helped us fit in as much as we wanted.

Katie completely met our needs when we discussed the types/price of hotels, interests etc. She pitched the hotels really well. When we first talked about what we wanted from the holiday Katie gave us great advice about distances and what we could reasonably fit in. She gave us really good advice about what we could fit into our time and still have a break. We loved the suggestions that she made in our personal itinenary for example all the art museums and exhibitions
