Right from the 1st phone call and planning, everyone we spoke to was very committed to ensuring that we had a good time in Japan. We had an AMAZING experience. You took care of everything, which ensured that we travelled with confidence and had the experience of a lifetime.

All the transport we used was excellent, even to sitting us on the correct side of the trains to get the best views

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
We had 3 guides during our time in Japan. The guide in Tokyo (Ms Ikumi Matsukura) was great, giving us a good overview of life in the city. The guide in Kyoto (Mr Shigeki Miwa) was excellent and gave us a very interesting tour with deep knowledge of the local area. The guide in Osaka (Mr Takeshi Suzuki) gave us a tour of the food in the city however, it wasn't Street Food as described, but going into different restaurants to try the local delicacies We loved finding out information about the places we were visiting

I would struggle to find anything wrong with the information you provided. Alison and I read the booklet from cover to cover and found all the information, and more, that we needed to have this amazing experience.
