1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
The overall trip was marvellous and Okinawa is a great place to visit. However there were 2 problems at the start of the trip. 1) no pupuroo at the starting Hotel . We had to phone your branch in Nagoya who were able to get one to us in a few hours. 2)We ordered a Vitz/Yaris or similar rental car but the Toyota dealer only had a Prius which we have had no experience with. Your Nagoya contact said she could not help us. After lengthy discussion the Toyota dealer finally found a Yaris for us after an hour or so.
