1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Overall the tour was excellent, Everything went well. It was exactly what we asked for. The information provided both before and in the Info-Pack prepared us thoroughly for the trip so there were no surprises or unforeseen difficulties to contend with. The guides were without exception brilliant, completely at home with their various locations and adept at adjusting to our needs. We were a bit wary of Sendai bar hopping with visions of boozy Japanese blokes arguing about football. But nothing could be further from what we experienced. It was delightful and something we could never had discovered for ourselves.

Mark was from the start completely attuned to who we are and what we thought we wanted. He was always available and quick to respond to our questions and ideas, quickly making the adjustments these required.
