1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
We found that the hotels booked were exactly the style that we wanted and were in locations that avoided extremely tourist-dense areas. The activities booked were all of exceptional quality and there wasn't a single tour guide who was not highly engagable and flexible.

Jayesh was everything we could have asked for. Always in communication with us and extremely fast to respond and alter plans. He even went out of his way to message us during his off time while we were in Japan to check that everything was okay. We couldn't ask for anything more!
