Very well organised and planned. Excellent guides in Tokyo and Kyoto (all three). Very speedy response from Joshua when we requested a change of hotel in Chiba.

Business class on flights - excellent (JAL). Taxis excellent. Shinkansen - very helpful having booked seats. (Not always easy to find the right platform).

Nick in Tokyo, Akie in Kyoto, Junko in Geisha Quarter. All were excellent guides, very helpful, informative, and adaptable.
