1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
The service in the planning stage, the content and services during our trip were excellent.It was an excellent combination of pre-arranged and self-guided experiences. The supporting material provided by Inside Japan prior to our trip was excellent. All guides (except Mariko in Nagoya on 29 Dec) were excellent and it was a pleasure to share our days with them.

Providing IC card and advice about travel on our optional days was very good.

All guides except Mariko in Nagoya on 29 Dec were excellent. Mariko's English was poor and she was not well organised.

Having good accommodation and a number of high quality pre-booked tours was ideal. Suggestions about things to do on our free days was excellent.
