1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
We found the info pack so useful. The portable wifi was absolutely essential. The activties we booked were incredible. In particular the sushi making and the Osaka food tour were excellent and the guides exceptional. We really can't fault anything. It was a truly amazing holiday and we were all sad to leave Japan. I must comment on the accommodation used. All were excellent, especially with 2 teenage children. Loved the mix of modern and traditional.
