1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Our trip was even greater than I had anticipated. The attention from Karen, our agent, and our guides were excellent and the accommodations were first rate. I was traveling with my 16 year old grandson as independent travelers and we had an itinerary that gave us just the right degree of structure and flexibility . Due to the pandemic we had postponed out trip for three years and it was all we had hoped for- and more!

Wren and Kenzo were both first rate! They were knowledgeable and personable and gave us excellent introductions to Tokyo and to Kyoto .

Because my grandson is a vegetarian and the chef at the ryokan in Hakone could not accommodate him for every meal, we took some of our meals in Hakone. More information about restaurants close to the ryokan would have been helpful .
