1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
We felt that Kelly was very responsive to our questions and concerns and in helping to plan our pre and post tour activities. Top notch service while in Japan. Our guide offered help throughout the tour with things like what to see and where to dine as well as specific help with our post tour extension.

Adapted daily to weather and other conditions. Offered great suggestions for restaurants and things to see and do in our free time. She also arranged very thoughtful events and meals for free time and group activities.

For our trip plus extension, 7 nights on futons turned out to be too much.

On our extension, we did not take the purchased public bus transportation to the airport. We are older and had a lot of luggage (4 of us) and we found a taxi to be a better option.
