1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Japan and its people are wonderful. The rides from cruise ship to hotel and hotel to airport were seemless. Would have liked more upscale hotels on this itinerary.

Did like her suggestions and flexibility. Did not like her leading the group on foot where she would charge ahead without the group being together- such as charging across a signaled intersection with the crosswalk indicator already flashing - leaving half the group on one side of the street until the next light cycle or slaloming through rail/metro stations and taking staircases rather than escalators making the group strung out and fatigued. Some of the dinner venues were a long way from the hotels, when similar closer restaurants were bypassed.

4. How would you rate your package in terms of value for money?

5. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
Would have liked a higher grade of accommodation in many of the towns. Asakusa View Annex had a weird executive lounge that did not serve or allow alcohol and a small room. The Matsumoto hotel had frosted windows you could see through (prison-like). The Mitsui Garden Hotel room was laughable in size.

6. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
Always felt rushed and disorganized, seemed to be never enough free time in places we wanted it and rushed in the “sights” such as the Samurai house and castles/temples to check them off the list. Too much waiting for public buses (Takayama) took away time at the destination (Hida-no-Sato).

7. Please tell us your thoughts on the meals included during your tour.
Food tour in Sugamo was fun. Good mix but missing a Katsu option. Boiled meat more than once was disappointing.
