1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Absolutely above and beyond. Emma was friendly, informative and invaluable- she even helped me with transport options to a local parkrun! The information provided in booklet was specific and useful especially as I have elderly parents who were a bit worried so all the information helped them massively.

I don’t think you could find anyone better. He was so organised, efficient and knowledgeable and I feel like we got far more added into our tour because of his expertise. His food recommendations covered a range of food and he clearly knows the areas we stayed in as he was spot on. He was excellent at looking after and out for us and as a solo traveller I felt very safe. Communication at every stage was clear and it made the travel between destinations and each day’s routine transparent so each day was highly enjoyable.

The breakfasts all had a good variety of food, the hotels were all immaculate and the staff were very helpful. I LOVED the luggage forwarding

6. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
Excellent transfer company, Mitch was super organised with all our connections and the bullet train was amazing! Really enjoyed the Hakone transport day with the switchback railway, the cable car and pirate ship - these were fun experiences!

7. Please tell us your thoughts on the meals included during your tour.
Exceptional experiences - I don’t like beef or seafood but Mitch took us to restaurants than won me over! My favourite was Wacafe in Osaka for the Japanese desserts on the bike tour but I genuinely enjoyed them all.

I’ve just had one of the best holidays of my life and what I thought was a bucket list trip has become something I can see myself doing repeatedly and it’s a massive help that you offer solo traveller options - without this I couldn’t afford the same standard of trip.
