1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
We really enjoyed our tour with Inside Japan, especially the different locations and various accommodations that we visited. Our tour leader, Gabrielle, was knowledgeable and so kind and helpful to us in planning our own personal little excursions, dinner plans, etc. We truly appreciated having the trains, subways, cabs, buses, accommodations, and main attractions pre-booked and planned out for us as that made us able to maximize the time that we had in Japan, especially as it was our first trip there.

We loved being a part of Gabrielle's inaugural tour and really appreciated her vast knowledge and sense of fun!

Xinmei Liu was very helpful and prompt in getting back to us with answers to any questions we had with booking our tour and once it was booked.

5. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
The shared bathroom facilities in the ryokan-style accommodations were less than desirable.

Transportation was very good and well organized during our tour. We love the train system in Japan!

7. Please tell us your thoughts on the meals included during your tour.
The first night meal was wonderful, but the night of the savoury pancake was not very appetizing. Also one of the nights that the food was pre-ordered for a group meal, there wasn't enough food ordered and there were only a couple of protein options that didn't appeal to everyone.

Not sure if we would travel again to Japan as there are so many places that we would like to travel to and we aren't getting any younger. Also, would like to go with a slightly younger demographic to be able to go at a somewhat faster pace, especially on outings like the optional bike tour afternoon.
