1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Over all a great experience. our first time to Japan and enjoyed the itinerary although it was a little full on /repetitive at times. Suggest maybe a rest day in Kyoto. Some members of the group were a little slow which had to be managed. However our Tour Guide Chuck was fabulous and tried his best to make it all work for everyone. He was a highlight of the trip.
