The initial communication, the follow up timelines and commitments as well as the packet arrival...all timely. You provided a welcoming portal to a language challenged destination.

5. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
The varied lodging was adequate and an excellent exposure to lodging levels and areas. We enjoyed the juxtaposition of the old part of Tokyo in the beginning and a newer part at the end was one more included experience. The Hakone resort was a favoritte.

The food experiences were a clear high point. The izakaya sampling dishes ordered for the group let us taste foods we would never have known to order. the prix fixe dinner was another inceredible tasting menu. Even on our own, Chucks recommendations allowed us to experience some unique to the region specialtiess. Well done!
