1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Well organised tour which included hotels that were either good or excellent. Our tour guide was especially good, probably the best I have encountered. Bad weather wrecked two days of the tour which was unfortunate but this was counter balanced by experiencing the cherry blossom at its peak due to its arrival 2 weeks earlier than scheduled. The tour itinerary did not, in my view, include enough time in Tokyo and Kyoto and too much time in rural resorts. Group dinners could have included at least one non-Japanese meal as a break from tofu and raw fish.

Wonderful manner, endlessly helpful and very knowledgeable about Japan. It was great to have a tour leader who is a native English speaker and culturally attuned with group members.
