Hugh is a fantastic guy who possessed a deep understanding and respect for Japanese culture and history and was able to give every member of the group the attention they needed in order for them to enjoy their trip to the fullest extent.

Futons were too small. Tried to accommodate for my size but it was largely unsuccessful.

Very good, enjoyed the bullet train although I feel people should be warned that the train only stops for roughly a minute at some locations.

Very nice food, had a nice assortment of everything.

Despite one or two minor setbacks, the information provided as well as the service was excellent. I especially enjoyed being allowed the freedom to explore by myself if I wanted to.
