Everybody's happy! Excellent Customer Feedback for InsideJapan Tours

Many travel companies tear their hair out in an attempt to retrieve positive feedback from their customers, but InsideJapan have no such trouble in receiving top quality feedback. In the first six months of 2009, 85% of our direct tailored customers and group tour customers have stated their overall satisfaction as "excellent" with 13% stating satisfaction as "good". What is even more encouraging is that 94% of all the feedback received said that they would visit Japan again with 98% saying that would travel with InsideJapan Tours. These excellent statistics are testament to the staff at InsideJapan whose knowledge and expertise of Japan is unrivalled. All staff in the UK have lived and worked in Japan over a number of years and have a vast wealth of knowledge for all things Japan allowing us to give the most accurate, educated and passionate advice. We can't forget the first class work of the Japan office staff in Nagoya who provide support and advice for those customers that need it.
