TTG Awards 2019
Destination Specialist of the Year: Winner
We are extremely proud to be TTG’s Destination Specialist of the Year 2019. We were up against some tough competition so we were thrilled to be announced the winners on the night. The winner was decided by TTG asking travel agents to rate our company & service alongside an application judged by industry experts. Thank you to every agent that rated us highly! Why have we not won this title again since? Well, unfortunately this category has not featured in TTG’s Awards since so technically we still hold the title!

Wanderlust World Guide Awards
Top Tour Leaders: Brett Plotz & Richard Farmer
We’re very proud of all our Insider Tour Leaders – it’s a 24/7 job and requires a lot of organisation, passion and stamina to lead our small group tours - so it was great to see Tokyo-based Brett win this award in 2019 and Kansai-based Richard be shortlisted in 2021. Wanderlust readers said their “understanding of Japanese heritage was second to none” and their “love of Japan and allowed us all to feel part of the culture too.” Want to see for yourself? Check out Brett’s virtual tour of the Asakusa district in Tokyo and Richard’s virtual tour of Nara.
