1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
InsideJapan were instrumental in making sure our trip went off without a hitch. We were too overwhelmed with where to stay and booking transportation, so having the knowledge and expertise from InsideJapan was invaluable. As vegans, we were unsure how easy it was to get breakfast at a Japanese hotel, but InsideJapan booked us some amazing stays with incredible breakfast options. We had such peace of mind knowing the train tickets and flights were booked at times we said we wanted to travel at, perfectly fitting into our schedule. Our bespoke info-pack was incredibly handy, with QR codes taking us to downloadable destination guides, and specific information on services such as luggage forwarding and how to use our IC card. We really can’t thank InsideJapan enough, especially Lily! We ended up visiting Tokyo, Hakone, Kyoto and Hiroshima and had the most incredible time at each location, seeing all the culture and sights they had to offer. We also went at the perfect time of year as we had no rain and beautiful weather for the whole two weeks. Every single restaurant we went to had the most superb food, we felt incredibly spoiled! Japan is such a beautiful country where we’ve barely scratched the surface even though we ended up walking 100 miles over the course of our trip!

Lily was very knowledgable, professional and friendly when we were talking to her over the phone and via email. She answered any questions we had (which we had many!) in plenty of detail and we could relax knowing she was on the case planning our fantastic holiday, taking in our preferences and ensuring we would be looked after when we were overwhelmed in knowing where to go and what to do.
