1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Overall I liked how my the pre-interview for this entire trip/process started. Katherine really heard my wishes and wants and also my don't wants. I liked the fact that I had someone that actually had lived in Japan and not just for a semester abroad, so she really had real world knowledge and experience. I was really impressed that everything was thought of for our trip, the card for train travel, the pre-booked train tickets, the mobile Wi-Fi and the detailed itinerary provided. Everything was thought and provided for. I never once was left hanging or being unsure or something was unknown to me. I felt quite prepared before I left on our journey.

Transportation was fantastic. All vehicles were immaculate, comfortable and drivers were always punctual.

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
Mike Reddy was our guide in Tokyo and he was great for all things Japan. Not only was he an ex-pat, but he was married to a local and provided real time knowledge of Japanese culture. He brought to a VERY local lunch spot that was run by a husband and wife and only sat 5 people. It was so cool to really get a sense of the locals. Our Food Tour in Kyoto with Lin was awesome. The treats of the various shops we stopped in before our dinner was so great! We got to experience samples of different things and even got samples to take home. Lin was really great and cannot forget Laina (not sure if I spelled correctly) who gave us our Sake tour in Kyoto, was also delightful and provided a fun afternoon. Yoshi provided us our general sightseeing of Kyoto and he truly was a trooper, as it was a very hot day, but he really gave us a thorough tour! In Hiroshima, Sato was our guide and she was so sweet and took us for traditional soul food! It was the best and again everything was what I had requested. Authentic experiences and not the typical tourist experience of feeling herded around and just no connection. All of our guides were wonderful.

Everything is well thought out, and you are well pre-pared for everything that you will need. If you really are thoughtful in what you want out of a trip, they do listen and every box was ticked for what I wanted. The last part of my journey was a night on Miyajima and that was just the perfect ending to s wonderful trip We hiked Mt Misen (almost killed me lol) but I did ask for outdoor activity and hiking and boy that was a hike to remember and well worth it when you make it to the top and not by the funicular!
