Rachel listened to what we wanted and came up with a trip that delivered on our expectations. My only minor criticism was that responsiveness to some our messages was sometimes a bit slow.

Habeo in Tokyo could have been a bit more imaginative. The palace garden was a bit of a waste of an afternoon. Miwako was very good, she offered 2 options and had gone to a lot of trouble to plan the day.

Listened to our requirements, showed great flexibility to accommodate changes and designed a great itinerary for us with some very good choices of hotel. All of the information and materials supplied were very well organised and we had no difficulties following our itinerary.
