1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
We were really happy with everything. We've never had such an easy trip. All the hotels and travel were pre-booked and we just had to show up. Even the little details like getting a preloaded Suica card made our time in Japan so easy. The tour guides that were provided were pretty excellent and really enhanced our experience. We can't say enough good things about it all!

5. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
The transport was so easy. The cars to and from the airport and train stations. The train tickets with the assigned seats. I was so grateful for all of it. I've handled foreign transportation myself in the past and was so grateful for how much more easy you guys made it!

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
We had absolutely excellent guides. Mr. Manabu Kawahara in Tokyo and Mr. Masaki Michioka in Kyoto were both just wonderful, so informative and fun to be with. Our food tour guides, Ema and Eco, were also absolutely fantastic. They showed us good food and were really knowledgeable about the areas, too. In addition, the tea ceremony that was scheduled for us was a real highlight of our trip. Thank you!
