1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
The whole trip was an excellent experience, that enable us to maximize our enjoyment and understanding of Japan and to minimize our worry about accommodation, transportation and adapting to the new environment each new location presented.

This was our first trip to Japan. After the initial discussions, Ana was able to present us with experience which fulfilled and extended our initial thoughts and ideas for our trip. Especially the Taiko Drumming, not part of our original plans, but became one of most cherished experinces.

All included transportation packages and suggestion were excellent and appropriate and greatly appreciated. It allowed us to concentrate and think about the important things on the holiday.

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
Manabu Kawahara was a beautiful and knowledgeable guide who gave us the perfect introduction to Japan. he was friendly and will to answer any questions we asked. Hitomi Sakakibara was another beautiful and knowledgeable guide who showed us around Kyoto. The day was cloudy and rainy, but Hitomi gave us experience's, knowledge and understand about Kyoto and Japanese culture that can only come from a local. Miyuki gave us a tasty and joyous experience in Osaka giving us and understand of the busy and chaotic workings of the Osaka Street food
