1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
From start the finish the communication and organisation were first class. We were an unusual party of three generations: a grandmother, son and grandson. Jess (our consultant) was very patient with our ever-changing requirements and did her upmost to meet them. There were no organisational issues whatsoever in Tokyo, Kyoto or Osaka and portable the WiFi, IC cards, excursion and train tickets were provided on arrival at our hotel. Outside of this, the guides were very affable and we were so glad we booked them as they were able to provide an insight we would not have otherwise had. Also, the information pack is excellent in it's format and very detailed. Lastly, it was my Son's dream to travel to Japan and you fulfilled it it turned into mine too as I had such a fantastic time.

From start the finish, Jess was very knowledgeable and lovely to work with. I had spoken to two other companies beforehand but chose InsideJapan based on the interaction I had with Jess. She listened, clearly communicated your process and initially came up with an itinerary that we then tweaked. She then followed up regularly until we booked, sent a nice note before we left and enquired about our trip thereafter. She is a credit to InsideJapan.

4. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
Stayed in 4 hotels across Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto. All spacious and modern with good choices for breakfast. All central to transport links and points of interest.

5. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
Transport from Tokyo airport was very impressive. Our driver was very smart and courteous - great experience. We also travelled on the Shinkansen 3 times, again a fantastic experience with our reserved seats.

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
Ren Makino - Really nice guy and built a nice rapport with my son. Showed us so much in a short time and gave us plenty of choices as to what we saw. Peter Macintiosh - Great insight into Gion, Geisha and extremely affable and kind. Akie Watanabe - My personal favourite mainly because she took time to great care to interact with my 73-year old mother. Such a lovely lady, great insights and we wish we could adopt her into our family. Richard Hawkins - Extremely funny, a touch crazy (in the nicest way) with great anecdotes and what a tour. The food and the SAKE were out of this world.

From first contact until writing this review, the experience has been brilliant. You really represent the ethos of Japan and understand customer care.
