1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
We spoke with multiple travel companies before finding IJT/Lexi Swenson. All other companies wanted to sell us package tours, most often in groups, we are not those kind of travelers. Thankfully we found Lexi who created a bespoke individual travel journey for us that met all of our requirements. We covered 13 cities in 26 days without a hitch. Lexi was always positive and accommodating and designed the perfect experience for us.

We fell in love with Japan, Lexi deserves a lot of the credit for making that happen, as do the operators you work with in Japan.

Favorites: Okunoyu Ryokan, Benesse House, Machiya Residence Umenoki-An, Iori Takayama Disliked: Kagetsu Matsumoto Hotel (it was unclean and in disrepair)
