1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Provided exactly what promised - Hidden Japan .The trip surprisingly provided a trip where we rarely met ofther western groups . The service was 110 brilliant and quality of the offering much higher than I had expected. Eg Limos from to and from airport. The guide provided beyond the norm help and services -eg found greeting cards and special Sake for me to buy . It was unexpectedly relaxing, and never boring because of the thought that went into the tour and the execution of it by the guide

Am satisfied I got the insight into Japan I wanted . Talking to the guide about other Inside Japan tours did not sell me the idea of an additional visit
