Overall, very good.

Fun, organized, “managed” the group well. We single travelers had a problem with our rooms in Kyoto. Carlo listened to us, handled the issue quickly and gave us information from the company as to how the problem would be resolved.

The buses, shuttles, taxis were great and the trains, excellent.

Overall ok. I was disappointed in our banquet dinner in Awara Onsen. A couple of the lunches were just ok. The buffets at the hotels were average.
