Great service from Inside Japan, both during the booking process and during the tour.

Robert looked after us so well. Nothing was too much trouble and when it came to restaurant suggestions it was 10/10!

It was quite a difficult time with Japan only just starting to open up and originally I wanted to do a solo traveller trip but was not allowed, Jarrod found the Hidden Japan tour that fitted in with my international flights and quickly got everything organised.

Only downside was that some hotels did not have secure WiFi.

This was my 2nd InsideJapan tour and have thoroughly enjoyed both, the first as a solo traveller and the second in a small group. The local knowledge of the guides makes a huge difference.
