1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Everybody we interacted with was extremely helpful. Special kudos go out to Amy Bowinski, who spent a lot of time on the phone with both my husband and myself answering lots of questions and helping to organize hotels for us for the week we spent following the tour.

He was extremely professional, helpful, and took care of us from the moment we entered the hotel the first evening we arrived, right up until he left Tokyo the day following the end of the trip.

4. How would you rate your package in terms of value for money?

5. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
The only hotel we didn't particularly like was the Dormy Inn in Kanazawa. The room was exceedingly small, but it was only for 1 night so it was okay. This tour used a new hotel in Hakone, which was very nice, but should provide slippers for their guests since one needs to remove shoes to enter the hotel. My husband has difficulty walking in bare feet, so slippers (and ones that can fit larger western peoples' feet) would have helped his experience in that hotel a lot.

6. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
All the transport was excellent, and our tour leader moved us around seamlessly.

7. Please tell us your thoughts on the meals included during your tour.
We really enjoyed most of the food in the meals that were included in the tour. There were some foods that we would not have experience without the guidance of our tour leader, and it really helped to enhance our experience of Japan. Also, our tour leader always provided us with options for the meals we took on our own, and usually offered to go with us to a local restaurant if that was what we wanted. For those who wanted Western food options, he made sure to point out those as well.
