1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
The service was very impressive. The team answered every question I had. I was very pleasantly surprised with the InfoPack and Manaca Card sent by the company.

The tour leader was excellent. He took us in the most interesting places, shared information and facts. He was also very helpful when we wanted to do our own things rather than follow him. His recommendation were always great!

Ben was very helpful and friendly. He was able to assist with every query. When Ben was off sick there was always someone willing to help.

The transport was well oranised. Sometimes it was frustrating to wait at a bus stop for a bus but delays in public transport were not dependent on the tour guide.

Personally I didnt particularly enjoy Japanese breakfasts but other than that food was excellent.
