1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
The tour leader was great, but the travel consultant's communication and attentiveness was poor.

Ed was super good and knowledgeable and took care of everybody in the tour. Honestly if Ed wasn't so good, my overall evaluation of the tour company would be quite poor.

My travel consultant was (I believe?) Emma Mckeag - she was unresponsive to my emails most of the time and I never received any documents unless I asked for it (for instance, even the Info Pack was emailed to me upon my request 2 days before the tour.) If I hadn't joined other companies' tours before and hadn't seen how super attentive they were, I think I wouldn't mind this behavior that much. But knowing the other tours are so well organized and communicative, I found this very unprofessional. Especially if you pay €5k to a tour, you expect some level of attention - here there was none.
