1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Everything was very efficiently organised and we felt that we were offered a great opportunity to experience the uniqueness of Japan that we wouldn't have had if we had just been on a large coach tour. It was excellent to be in a small group and always be able to ask the tour leader about any aspect of Japanese life and culture, and receive a reasoned, intelligent and objective answer. Although the tour was quite demanding (chopsticks at breakfast!; a very different life-style; always on the go) I felt elated that it had been a real adventure.

He was superb! I cannot find fault with Liam in any way. He was very knowledgeable about Japan, always on hand to look after us and find us good places to eat. He was very good at relating to all members of the group, made sure we got the most out of our experience, and never lost his cool.

I spoke to many different people on the phone regarding details of the booking, and they were all very helpful. I did have to chase up about the air tickets, though.

We feel this personal touch is an essential part of the InsideJapan group tour experience. Each of our tour leaders has something different to offer making all of our tours unique and individual. Japan Unmasked is quite a quick paced tour and includes some great destinations. It is also one of our most popular tours as it offers exceptional value. I hope you got a real feel for the all the places you visited.
Sorry you had to chase up your flight tickets. Flights are normally issued 3-4 weeks before departure and there can sometimes be an overlap between when we send out the final travel documents and when we send out the flight e-tickets. I will ensure that we make sure customers are better informed in future.
