1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Absolutely fantastic. Can't fault anything. The communication, guidance and extent of information provided, attention to detail, on the ground support, accommodation and experiences. Everything. This was our second trip using Inside Japan Tours and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
All guides were friendly, helpful and professional. We enjoyed their company and the information they provided and we learned a lot about Japanese culture and history from them. We got to go to places and enjoyed food and drinks that we may not have otherwise experienced on our own. Having a guide was also a really efficient way to maximise our time, and helped us get an understanding of our location, how to use the train etc for when we were navigating places on our own.

We have used Inside Japan Tours on two occasions now, 8 years apart. The first, was in relation to a family holiday with our two sons (primary school age at the time). That was our children's first overseas trip and it was a memorable one for all four of us. The second trip to Japan was just for my husband and I (much to the disappointment of our adult children). Both were different experiences and both were organised by Inside Japan Tours. The attention to detail, extent of comprehensive information provided, level of support provided on the ground etc was second to none on both occasions. If we travel to Japan again, we wouldn't consider using any other tour operator/travel consultant.
