1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
We thought the service was exemplary. White glove service from start to finish. Though not everything was 100 perfect, we would repeat the exact same tour and still be thrilled with the experience. In our minds, the tour/trip was actually better than we had anticipated. We had never used a tour company prior to this trip, always did our own planning, so we were more than pleasantly surprised with how wonderful the experience was.

Katherine was wonderful to work with. She spent all the time we needed whether on a phone call or responding via email. She always responded in a timely manner. Her suggestions were wonderful. We felt that she got to know us prior to the trip and understood what we wanted to accomplish and enjoy while in Japan. She did not let us down!!

5. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
We thought the transportation was great. Though when there was an issue with a train, we think the initial communication could have been more clear in explaining what exactly we needed to do.

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
We thought all the guides were wonderful people and nice to spend time with. Some were more flexible in changing the days planned itinerary than others. One guide in particular, while knowing the transportation times, the history and sites to see, had no idea about the restaurants and particular shopping we wanted to accomplish that day.

We thought the attention to detail was thorough. The knowledge of our travel consultant was extremely helpful in planning the trip and the on the ground people were also wonderful and in the right place at the right time.
