1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
We made considerable changes to the originally proposed trip including a relatively late change from 4 guests to 2. Our support from Mason in Australia was consistent and regular, always following up and delivering documentation on time. Support was available in Japan but thankfully not required. Paper work was delivered during the trip as promised and external suppliers were being monitored in real time which was appreciated. The local guides arranged for us were all excellent, with good local knowledge and flexible in their planning.

Train bookings were accurate and detail provided. The airport transfer service was fine.

All guides were excellent. Our guide in Kyoto ,Taeko, was especially good. All of the guides were appropriate for us as travellers and showed great local knowledge. They structured the day around our expectations.
