1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Very well planned, all the logistics were seamless, excellent hotels and guides.

Mark was very responsive, came up with good ideas to turn a two week self-guided adventure (Honshu Hiking) into three weeks. And was willing to adjust to requests. We changed a few hotels, Mark’s recommendations were superb.
