1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Fantastic experience and we loved Japan. Jaimee was wonderful, always available for advice and excellent communication. It was great to be able to talk through decisions and receive advice from someone who was very experienced with everything Japan. We especially loved the people of Japan and they made the trip extra special. We loved the contrast of the country and especially the trains! The trip was an amazing experience and we loved every minute.

The trains were flawless. We loved the all the different types of transport included including cable cars, boats and different trains.

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
The guides were wonderful and I don’t think we would have managed Kyoto without Harry as we were there during Silver Week. Great to have a guide on our first day in Tokyo too.

Having accommodation booked, having seats booked on trains and having the guide as something we could follow was perfect. ALL the information was always there for us.
