1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Inside Japan Tours, and in particular Katie, did a fantastic job at helping plan our trip, listening to what our preferences were and making adjustments to the itinerary to make sure it was tailored to our needs. The in-country team were also excellent at responding to queries we had whilst on our trip. Overall our experience in Japan was incredible, and everything went smoothly and to plan in terms of our travel, accommodation and activities that had been planned for us.

Katie was friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive to our needs in planning the trip and making sure we were happy with all aspects of the itinerary. She also made excellent suggestions for accommodation options and activities.

All of our transport was well-planned, with clear instructions for each stage of the journey and time allowed for connections.

We had a street food tour in Osaka with Kevin which we all thoroughly enjoyed. He was an excellent guide, super-friendly and welcoming, and also had really in-depth knowledge that he shared about the history and culture of Osaka in addition to the food.
