1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Everything was excellent overall. We always felt very well supported, and whenever we had a question or needed help, the team was there with a quick solution. The recommendations were very good and the service was always friendly and professional. We really enjoyed the trip and felt very well taken care of by InsideJapan Tours.

Everything worked very well. The drivers, the pickup´s at the airports, the trains, transfers and transportation were all well organized and easy to follow
