1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
The folks at the accommodations did their best for us. We all commented on the fact that portions of your info packs need to be updated…we felt as though your information was dated from 2018.

Again, info was dated - for example, most places, even in small towns, accepted credit cards. We ended up with way more cash than we wanted to. We are glad you’re getting rid of the ‘hot spot’ which only worked in large cities. And it’s battery pack ran out in a few hours. Let’s just say it was frustrating to use.

5. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
Good trains…more taxis than we needed. The taxi for the (4) Johnsons always sat 8-10 seats, and we really didn’t need two vehicles.

Fergal Fox did a great job, especially dealing with the heat.

I had a lot of trouble eating in Japan and the weather was horrendous! Never let anyone travel in July and August!
