1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Inside Japan and the itinerary Sora Jang devised was great. The car hire went smoothly and travelling on Japanese roads really easy. The organised guides were really informative , helpful and friendly : Steve was able to show us a lot of Tokyo that we had not seen. The Shiretoko five lakes walk was excellent with Tsuni Michiko was a delight and our Asahidake trek was a highlight . We were incredibly fortunate the predicted bad weather held off . Yuki took us to Otarua, which we found interesting Having 3 nights in Sapporo would have been good however the botanic gardens and University museum were closed on Mondays , our only free day. Thus we felt there wasn’t enough to keep our interest in Sapporo. Another highlight was staying at Auberge Sora Tsurunga such a comfortable well appointed guest hotel with amazing food. Overall the accommodation was very good, the guides excellent, the itinerary excellent( except for the Sapporo comment above). In addition the IC card and wifi system were brilliant and the material you sent us to prepare for the trip and while undertaking the trip were outstanding. We made two online enquiries while away and they were also answered well by Ai. In both cases we had already been given the material but had forgotten we had it. We would heartily recommend Inside Japan, thanks to all the work you and the team did to make our holiday very memorable. Best wishes
