1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Had a wonderful time. Every detail planned seamlessly! We had a couple full day tour guides. They were great people who we enjoyed getting to know. The booked excursions were also great! I had one small issue where I needed the reservation number of my next hotel and had to contact InsideJapan via WhatsApp and someone responded immediately. That was very reassuring!
