1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Our family considers this trip our best family vacation ever. As the one who usually does the planning for these, I appreciated that you did all the leg work for all the details that are the most time consuming. The hotels were great, the service at the hotels were great, the info pack had everything we needed. The choices of activities and tickets were exactly what we were looking for. We don’t usually repeat vacations but we think we would probably go back to Japan in the future.

We very much enjoyed taking the public trains and Shinkansen as part of the trip.

As mentioned above, we enjoyed our Tokyo guides very much. The ramen tour was a novel idea.

The info pack was great. I loved that you took care of arranging the accommodations and transportation for the entire trip. The choices of accommodations was incredibly thoughtful. Knowing that we wanted to go to the Nintendo museum and booking us in the boutique hotel in the former Nintendo factory/warehouse was ingenious.
